Salary Range: $107,000 - $155,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Implement and monitor operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement in efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Manage, train, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.
• Optimize manufacturing processes through Lean principles and other methodologies to reduce waste and improve workflow.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely material availability and efficient inventory management.
• Develop and manage the operational budget, identifying opportunities for cost savings and resource optimization.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production planning, supply chain, and inventory management principles.
• Experience with budget management, cost control, and P&L responsibility.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with automation or Industry 4.0 technologies
