Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, skilled trades, and administrative roles.
- Handle all employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, company policies, and manufacturing-specific regulations.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs, including accurate payroll processing for hourly staff.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives, with a focus on safety, compliance, and operational skills.
- Support performance management processes, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Assist with workers' compensation claims management and collaborate with EHS on plant safety programs.
Recommended Qualifications
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including OSHA-related HR aspects and workers' compensation.
- Proven experience managing employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution within a diverse workforce.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for production, skilled trades, and administrative roles common in manufacturing.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and ability to leverage HR data for reporting and analysis.
Bonus Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish)
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience supporting a multi-shift or high-volume hourly workforce
- Specific knowledge of OSHA regulations relevant to manufacturing operations
