Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure high availability and performance of critical IT and OT systems supporting manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies to protect company data, intellectual property, and operational technology environments.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and endpoints, ensuring reliable connectivity across production facilities.
• Lead IT projects such as ERP implementations, MES integrations, and new technology deployments, aligning with manufacturing objectives.
• Provide technical support and problem resolution for all IT-related issues, minimizing disruption to production schedules.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and licensing agreements to optimize costs and service quality.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT operations, infrastructure, and strategic initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding and experience with manufacturing-specific systems (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA, PLC) and their integration.
• Expertise in IT/OT convergence, industrial cybersecurity, and data analytics for production optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership in project management, budget oversight, and developing high-performing IT teams.
• Proficiency in enterprise-level IT infrastructure (networking, servers, cloud) and disaster recovery planning.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) and industrial control systems (e.g., SCADA, PLCs).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of manufacturing-specific software solutions (e.g., MES, LIMS, QMS).
• Experience with Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies (e.g., IoT, AI in manufacturing).
