Salary Range: $57,000 - $89,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical components, motors, and control panels.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions in production machinery, PLCs, and power distribution systems.
  • Interpret and work from electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all electrical safety codes, regulations (e.g., NFPA 70E), and company policies.
  • Calibrate and test electrical instruments and control devices.
  • Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent industrial certification.
  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs, motor controls, VFDs, and industrial instrumentation.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
  • Thorough understanding of electrical safety protocols (e.g., LOTO) and relevant electrical codes.
  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs and root cause analysis for electrical faults.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Robotics troubleshooting and maintenance experience
  • Proficiency with advanced PLC programming, network configuration, or HMI/SCADA development
  • Certified Thermographer or experience with other predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis)
  • Instrumentation calibration and loop tuning experience
