Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for production, technical, and administrative roles.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance procedures.
- Develop and implement HR policies compliant with labor laws and manufacturing standards.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.
- Coordinate and deliver training initiatives focused on safety, skills development, and compliance.
- Support a safe working environment by collaborating with EHS and enforcing safety protocols.
- Conduct workforce planning to ensure adequate staffing levels and talent pipeline for operational needs.
Recommended Qualifications
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in HR management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven expertise in labor relations, including collective bargaining, grievance resolution, and union avoidance.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws (e.g., OSHA, FMLA, FLSA) pertinent to manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage talent acquisition, development, and retention for a diverse workforce, including skilled trades and production roles.
- Experience with HRIS implementation and data analytics to drive HR strategies and improve operational efficiency.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in HR analytics for operational improvements.
- Demonstrated experience leading HRIS implementation or optimization projects.
- Certification in change management or project management.
