Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues and non-conformances.
• Oversee all aspects of quality control, including incoming, in-process, and final product inspections and testing.
• Manage supplier quality programs, including supplier qualification, audits, and performance monitoring.
• Facilitate internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer complaint resolution processes and ensure effective communication and follow-up.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing a quality team.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and their implementation.
• Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Certified Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100)
• Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with industry-specific quality standards (e.g., AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 13485)
