Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Green Belts and project teams in the application of Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Identify, define, and prioritize complex operational improvement projects aligned with business goals.
• Drive data-driven decision-making to diagnose root causes of manufacturing defects and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement robust process control strategies to sustain improvements and prevent recurrence of issues.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure project buy-in and successful implementation.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence throughout the manufacturing operations.
• Analyze manufacturing data using statistical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful and timely project completion.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in process improvement.
• Expertise in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and data-driven problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to mentor Green Belts and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with various manufacturing processes and technologies relevant to the industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and change management skills.
