Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shop floor operations, ensuring efficient production flow and adherence to schedules.
- Manage and mentor a team of production staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement and logistics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.
- Maintain equipment and machinery, ensuring regular maintenance and timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Manage the shop's budget, controlling costs and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and quality standards.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in a manufacturing shop floor management role.
- Strong understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Experience with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
