Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) strategies.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for significant equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential failure modes and mitigate risks.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data and reliability metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability, availability, and maintainability.
- Provide technical expertise for new equipment specification, design review, and commissioning processes.
- Optimize spare parts inventory levels based on criticality, failure rates, and lead times.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment focused on maintenance, reliability, or asset management.
- Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and other reliability analytical tools.
- Demonstrated experience with Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonics).
- Strong working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with advanced analytics tools (e.g., Python, R) for predictive maintenance modeling.
- Prior hands-on experience in a maintenance technician or skilled trades role.
- Deep expertise with a specific CMMS platform (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM).
