Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures to identify and eliminate recurring issues.
• Develop and optimize Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) strategies for critical manufacturing assets.
• Monitor and analyze asset performance data (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and implement reliability improvement projects focused on reducing downtime and increasing equipment lifespan.
• Utilize reliability tools such as FMEA, RCM, and criticality analysis to enhance equipment design and maintenance practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to integrate reliability principles into new installations and existing processes.
• Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance personnel on reliability best practices and advanced troubleshooting techniques.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 3-5+ years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and other reliability analytical methodologies.
• Strong practical experience with predictive maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography) and maintenance optimization techniques (e.g., RCM).
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and statistical analysis for reliability data.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R) for predictive modeling
• Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP)
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) certification
• Experience with specific Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo)
