Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the entire logistics cycle, including inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management systems for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers to secure favorable terms and service.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Utilize logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP) to track shipments, manage inventory, and analyze performance data.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics, supply chain, or operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution strategies.
• Proficiency with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced WMS/TMS platforms (e.g., SAP EWM, Oracle SCM, Blue Yonder)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with international logistics, customs, and trade compliance
