Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of production associates, providing guidance and feedback.
• Monitor production equipment and processes, identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Track production output, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of production processes and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team of production associates.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address production challenges and ensure continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with team members, management, and other departments.
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with quality control procedures and a commitment to maintaining high product standards.
