Salary Range: $104,000 - $151,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize the end-to-end flow of value from raw material to customer delivery for a specific product family or value stream.
- Identify and eliminate waste and non-value-added activities throughout the value stream using Lean principles and tools.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead time, throughput, quality, and cost.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by empowering and coaching cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (e.g., production, engineering, supply chain, sales) to ensure alignment and drive value stream objectives.
- Define and manage the value stream roadmap, prioritizing improvement initiatives and resource allocation.
- Monitor and analyze value stream performance data, reporting on progress and identifying areas for further optimization.
- Implement and maintain standard work and visual management systems to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and their application.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and eliminate waste in production processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize workflows and reduce lead times.
- Experience with process mapping, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.

- - Experience with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- - Proven ability to implement and manage advanced digital manufacturing technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, ML).
- - Strong understanding of supply chain optimization and logistics.
