Salary Range: $101,000 - $148,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the entire value stream from raw material to customer delivery.
• Identify and eliminate waste within the value stream through lean methodologies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve flow, reduce lead times, and increase throughput.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance across all stages of the value stream.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track value stream efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of problem-solving within the value stream.
• Manage resources, including personnel and equipment, to maximize value stream output and quality.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the value stream.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and value stream mapping.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and eliminate waste in production processes.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and logistics.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• - Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software
• - Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) software and analysis
• - Familiarity with SAP or other major ERP systems
