Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing shop floor, ensuring efficient production flow.
• Manage and develop a team of skilled production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
• Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to meet targets.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring adequate stock levels.
