Salary Range: $128,000 - $179,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and payroll.
• Manage and optimize cost accounting processes, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
• Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and performance reports.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis specific to manufacturing operations.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
• Demonstrated ability in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis to drive operational improvements.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies for cost optimization.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for advanced financial analysis.
• Prior involvement in ERP system implementations or significant upgrades within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with multi-site or international manufacturing operations and related financial complexities.
