Salary Range: $127,000 - $177,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the general ledger, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing detailed analysis and variance reporting.
• Manage the cost accounting system, including standard cost development, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports, offering insights into operational performance and profitability.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with all accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Analyze manufacturing variances, production costs, and product profitability to support strategic decision-making.

Recommended Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification highly preferred.
• Deep expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and standard costing methodologies.
• Proven proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for financial modeling.
• Strong track record in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for production operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Deep experience configuring and optimizing manufacturing modules within major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and their application to cost accounting and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for enhanced financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience with financial due diligence and integration processes related to mergers and acquisitions.
