Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical faults in manufacturing machinery and control systems.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical components, wiring, and equipment according to schematics and codes.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure operational reliability and minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to execute tasks effectively.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, electrical codes (e.g., NFPA 70E), and company policies.
- Calibrate and test electrical instruments, sensors, and control devices using specialized diagnostic tools.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used accurately for record-keeping and analysis.
Recommended Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot using electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Thorough understanding and application of electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E) and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical equipment and machinery.
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical regulations.
Bonus Qualifications
- Advanced PLC programming and configuration experience.
- Direct experience with industrial robotics and automated manufacturing cells.
- Proficiency in Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) and Servo Drive setup, tuning, and advanced diagnostics.
- Experience with SCADA systems and industrial data networks (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profibus).
