Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, technical, and administrative roles.
- Oversee employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions for the plant workforce.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including hourly wage structures and shift differentials.
- Coordinate training and development programs focusing on safety, technical skills, and leadership for supervisors.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives to align staffing levels with production demands and operational goals.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting and appraisals for all plant personnel.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation within a production workforce.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including OSHA regulations, relevant to manufacturing operations.
- Proven ability to partner strategically with plant leadership to drive HR initiatives aligned with operational goals.
- Strong experience in conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering a positive and safe work culture.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience supporting Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma initiatives.
- Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local workforce (e.g., Spanish).
- Certification or significant experience in workplace safety programs (e.g., OSHA 10/30).
- Familiarity with apprenticeship programs or skilled trades development.
