Salary Range: $117,000 - $166,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technical staff.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of engineering projects to improve production efficiency, quality, and capacity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes, equipment, and automation technologies.
• Manage the engineering department budget, resources, and project timelines effectively.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to resolve technical issues and support new product introduction.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Develop and implement long-term engineering strategies to support manufacturing growth and technological advancement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects from conception to successful completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and process optimization.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies, automation, or robotics implementation
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Familiarity with ERP or MES system optimization and integration
