Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process for production, skilled trades, and administrative roles, ensuring alignment with manufacturing needs.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures within a shift-based environment.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, particularly OSHA and manufacturing-specific regulations.
- Facilitate comprehensive training and development programs focused on safety, compliance, skills enhancement, and leadership for all plant employees.
- Support performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance reviews, and developing improvement plans for manufacturing personnel.
- Manage workers' compensation claims, incident investigations, and return-to-work programs, emphasizing workplace safety.
- Maintain accurate HR records and utilize HRIS for reporting on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, and safety incidents.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience performing full-cycle HR generalist duties within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including OSHA compliance.
- Strong ability to manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management for a diverse workforce.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and data management for reporting and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of staff.
Bonus Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish)
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma HR support
- Familiarity with manufacturing-specific HRIS and timekeeping systems (e.g., Kronos)
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety program administration
