Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma) across manufacturing operations.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks using data-driven methodologies.
• Develop, implement, and sustain new or improved processes and standardized work procedures.
• Train, mentor, and coach employees at all levels on Lean principles, tools, and problem-solving techniques.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of improvement efforts.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
• Manage a portfolio of continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and realized benefits.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive continuous improvement experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB).
• Proven ability to lead and implement complex process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and change management capabilities.

Bonus Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with automation, Industry 4.0, or digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing.
• Certification or extensive experience in organizational change management.
