Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, facilitate, and implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) across manufacturing processes.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks using data-driven methodologies.
• Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure CI project success and sustain gains.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to employees on CI principles, tools, and problem-solving techniques.
• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of CI projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable financial and operational improvements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices and integrate improvements into daily operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in process optimization, root cause analysis, and statistical problem-solving methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to successful implementation.
• Strong communication, coaching, and change management skills to influence and engage all levels of the organization.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience leveraging ERP or MES systems for process optimization.
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, R, Python).
• Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI).
• Demonstrated experience linking CI initiatives directly to financial statements and cost accounting.
