Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for inventory control, optimizing stock levels to meet production needs while minimizing carrying costs.
• Lead the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align material flow with demand forecasts and production schedules.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness of materials.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in material handling, logistics, and inventory management processes.
• Analyze material usage and scrap rates to identify opportunities for waste reduction and cost savings.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in materials management, supply chain, or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory control, planning, and procurement.
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory optimization techniques, forecasting, and demand planning.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to develop and mentor staff.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills for effective supplier and internal stakeholder engagement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Proficiency with advanced data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience managing global supply chains and international logistics
