Salary Range: $46,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical malfunctions and execute timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Install, commission, and troubleshoot new manufacturing equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure operational efficiency and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery (e.g., hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical systems).
• Proven experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex equipment failures.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting and programming experience.
• Welding and fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Advanced diagnosis and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
