Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot process deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze process data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and P&IDs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new products and processes into production.
• Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in process optimization and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in process control systems (DCS/PLC) and statistical process control (SPC).
• Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent communication and project management skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Familiarity with automation and control systems (e.g., PLCs, DCS)
• Project management experience or PMP certification
