Salary Range: $100,000 - $147,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness in manufacturing operations.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management for raw materials and components.
• Optimize inventory levels across raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize holding costs and prevent production disruptions.
• Oversee logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers and production lines.
• Lead demand forecasting and supply planning activities, collaborating with sales and production teams to align operational plans.
• Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce costs.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions, quality issues, and geopolitical factors.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Strong understanding of S&OP, inventory management, logistics, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP)
