Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including General Ledger, AP, AR, and payroll.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads.
• Analyze financial data and provide insightful reports on variances, trends, and key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, including standard costing, inventory valuation, and production variance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with an ERP implementation or major upgrade
• CPA license or advanced degree in finance
• Prior experience in a Private Equity-backed environment
• Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certification
