Salary Range: $50,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders) according to blueprints and specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings, G-code, and M-code for machine programming and operation.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure quality and adherence to tolerances.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions, make adjustments, and perform routine maintenance.
• Select and replace appropriate tooling, inserts, and fixtures for various machining operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of a vocational program in machining or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proven ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Proficient in operating, setting up, and troubleshooting CNC machinery (mills, lathes, etc.)
• Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming
• Experience with precision measurement tools and quality control procedures
