Salary Range: $49,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collection activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Prepare and submit sales tax filings and other regulatory reports.
• Support inventory tracking and cost accounting processes.
