Assembly Supervisor | Whitehall, MI

Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train assembly line personnel.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of products.
• Maintain quality control standards and address any deviations.

• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing assembly, including at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production associates to achieve daily production targets.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and quality control processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify production bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
