Salary Range: $64,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train assembly line personnel.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Maintain quality control standards and address any deviations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies.
• Optimize workflow and identify areas for process improvement.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes, tools, and equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of assembly technicians to achieve production targets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with automated assembly lines and robotics
• Proficient in data analysis and using manufacturing execution systems (MES)
• Bilingual (especially Spanish or relevant language for the local workforce)
