Salary Range: $51,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) equipment.
• Load and unload workpieces from EDM machines.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of EDM machines.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy using precision measuring tools.
• Adjust machine parameters to optimize cutting performance and maintain specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues and process deviations.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience operating EDM machinery in a manufacturing setting
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
