Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Ludington that are seeking skilled Continuous Improvement Leaders. Key Responsibilities
- Drive the identification, prioritization, and execution of continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- Lead and facilitate problem-solving sessions using Lean Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
- Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and methodologies to all levels of the organization.
- Coach and mentor cross-functional teams in the application of continuous improvement principles to achieve operational excellence.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and sustainability of improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with department leaders to embed a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and implement best practices from within and outside the organization to enhance manufacturing processes.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
