Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Jenison seeking Continuous Improvement Leaders who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the identification, prioritization, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate problem-solving events (e.g., Kaizen, A3, DMAIC) to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Coach and mentor employees at all levels in the application of continuous improvement tools and mindsets.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and quantify the impact of improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of continuous improvement activities with strategic business objectives.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement by promoting engagement, ownership, and recognition of improvement successes.
• Identify and implement best practices from within and outside the organization to enhance operational excellence.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, statistical process control, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and influence teams across all levels of an organization.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with AI/ML in manufacturing processes
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior CI team members
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in CI
