Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the identification and implementation of process improvements across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions and root cause analysis to address operational inefficiencies.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement principles and tools.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with department managers to prioritize improvement projects aligned with strategic goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and sustain process improvements resulting in measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience with change management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application to process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop others in continuous improvement principles.
• Experience implementing visual management systems.
