Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Coopersville that are seeking Continuous Improvement Leaders. Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify areas for waste reduction and efficiency gains.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and mentorship.
• Oversee the execution of improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and sustained results.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate problem-solving workshops using structured methodologies like Root Cause Analysis.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results through process optimization.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with AI/ML tools for process optimization.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in CI.
