Continuous Improvement Manager | Newaygo, MI

Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in process improvement initiatives.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for waste reduction and efficiency gains.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure improvement effectiveness.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with department managers to integrate CI practices into daily operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading and implementing successful CI projects with measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical process control and data analysis tools.
