Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Hudsonville seeking experienced Continuous Improvement Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate lean manufacturing events (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and bottlenecks across production.
• Develop and implement sustainable solutions to improve productivity, quality, and cost.
• Train and coach employees at all levels on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement progress and impact.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting employee engagement and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of improvement initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt preferred.
• Proven experience leading and facilitating cross-functional teams in process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and foster a continuous improvement mindset.
