Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Ludington that are seeking Demand Planners. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for a portfolio of products.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production to gather relevant information.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and identify root causes for deviations.
• Adjust forecasts based on new information and changing business conditions.
• Participate in S&OP meetings, presenting demand plans and insights.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in the forecasting process.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in demand planning software (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle Demantra) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Experience with S&OP processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9)
• Strong data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Project management experience
