Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report status to stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Ensure projects adhere to industry standards, quality requirements, and regulatory compliance.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to completion
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality control systems
• PMP certification or equivalent project management methodology expertise
• Experience with ERP systems and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field
