Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for manufacturing projects.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality, to ensure project success.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Demonstrated experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and quality control.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.

Bonus Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
