Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from inception to completion, delivering significant cost savings and process improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Utilize statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) to analyze data, identify root causes, and validate solutions.
• Drive the identification and prioritization of new Six Sigma project opportunities across manufacturing operations.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Six Sigma principles, tools, and best practices to various levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and sustainment of process improvements.
• Report project progress, results, and financial impact to senior management and stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) with demonstrated project leadership.
• Minimum 5 years experience applying Black Belt methodologies within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for data analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams in process improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality management systems.
• Demonstrated experience in achieving significant cost savings or quality improvements through Six Sigma projects.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Lean Practitioner or equivalent demonstrated experience
• Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R, Python for data analysis)
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members
• Experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies
