Salary Range: $75,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Paw Paw seeking Supplier Quality Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier quality improvement plans.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Investigate and resolve supplier-related quality issues and non-conformances.
• Collaborate with supply chain and engineering to define supplier quality requirements.
• Monitor and report on key supplier quality performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to reduce defects and improve reliability.
• Review and approve supplier PPAP submissions and other quality documentation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
• 3+ years experience in supplier quality or quality engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949) and quality tools (e.g., FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC)
• Demonstrated ability to perform supplier audits and drive corrective actions
• Experience with root cause analysis methodologies and problem-solving techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with suppliers and internal teams
