Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from initiation to closure, delivering significant cost savings and process improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Develop and implement robust data collection strategies and perform advanced statistical analysis to identify root causes of process defects.
• Drive the adoption of Lean principles and tools in conjunction with Six Sigma to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
• Present project findings, recommendations, and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and integrate solutions into existing manufacturing operations.
• Develop and deliver Six Sigma training programs to build internal capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) by ASQ or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience leading Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver significant, measurable financial savings through process improvement initiatives.
• Proficient in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and advanced statistical tools.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with cross-functional team leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions within a manufacturing environment
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile)
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop Green Belts and Yellow Belts
• Proficiency in simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim) for process optimization
