Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations and production schedules.
• Manage and mentor shop floor personnel, including performance reviews and training.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with supply chain and engineering departments to meet production targets.
• Maintain equipment and facility readiness, scheduling preventive maintenance.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing shop floor supervision or management.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of skilled technicians.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of optimizing operational efficiency.
• Proficient in safety regulations and best practices within a manufacturing environment.
