Salary Range: $67,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Battle Creek that are seeking Quality Supervisors. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Supervise and train quality technicians and inspectors.
• Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and non-conformances.
• Manage the calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment.
• Oversee the inspection and testing of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including reports and records.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal quality systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
• Strong understanding of root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 implementation or auditing
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• ASQ Certified Quality Supervisor (CQS) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
