Salary Range: $44,000 - $69,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Mason that are seeking Setup Technicians. Key Responsibilities

• Perform setup and changeover of manufacturing equipment according to production schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Assist in the installation and validation of new manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery settings to meet product specifications and quality standards.
• Document setup procedures, equipment performance, and maintenance activities accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
