Salary Range: $42,000 - $67,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up manufacturing equipment and machinery according to production schedules.
• Perform calibration and adjustments to ensure equipment operates within specified parameters.
• Conduct pre-production checks and verify material availability for upcoming runs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues or refer complex problems to maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Document setup processes, equipment settings, and any adjustments made.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and system navigation

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Proficiency in using an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for tracking and documentation
