Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and calibration on robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues in industrial robots.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and implement improvements to optimize robot performance.
• Program and teach robotic paths for new products or process adjustments.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement new robotic applications.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system configurations accurately.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new robotic cells.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and PLC logic.
• Strong understanding of robotic programming languages and control systems.
• Experience with vision systems, end-of-arm tooling (EOAT), and other robotic peripherals.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and calibration on robotic equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for inspection and guidance
• Familiarity with PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) for integrated system control
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design review and modification
• Certification in robotics from a recognized industry body (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, Yaskawa)
• Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, C++) for scripting and data analysis
